Shipping Most orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for receipt of your goods. Shipments are via UPS, based on zone, with a minimum of $6.50. Small individual items may go by regular mail. Express delivery is also available on request and at a surcharge. Ordering We accept phone, fax, email and written orders. All California orders are subject to sales tax. Please leave a name and phone number if you do not get a live operator. Special Orders When we do not have the bowl you want in stock, or if you want a specific engraving or color scheme, they can be special ordered on receipt of a 50% deposit. Return Policy We value your business and would like every customer to be fully satisfied with their Henselite products. Merchandise returned under the manufacturer's warranty will be promptly exchanged. Please call for shipping instructions. Warranty Warranty information can be found in the Henselite catalog or the packaging in which your goods shipped. Henselite bowls are made to a very high tolerance and bowl sets are matched in weight, balance and bias. Each set is warranted for 10 yers from the date of manufacture against cracking, breaking, defects or faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover chipping, burnishing or scratching which are considered normal wear and tear. Please see catalogs for further details.
